My process started with a typical technical challenge like something you’d see on LeetCode or HackerRank, followed by a longer coding interview and then two additional interviews.

The whole structure felt geared toward speed and execution more than anything else—like they were measuring how quickly I could write and iterate.

I remember the coding interview portion taking about 1.5 hours, and then the extra interviews were each about an hour. What was clear during the sessions was that the interviewer wouldn’t bail me out if I made a mistake; I was expected to catch it and handle it myself.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, and honestly the no-help vibe made the process feel a bit harsher than I expected for the time pressure involved.
