My process started with interviews that leaned more on conversation than heavy technical interrogation.

I did a full-day online interview that included multiple one-on-one meetings and a one-hour presentation. Those one-on-one sessions felt fairly casual, and even though I was presenting my research, I didn’t run into the kind of tough, adversarial questions that completely throw you off.

The presentation ended up being the main formal part, and overall the vibe stayed smooth and intense mostly because of the time commitment—not because the questions were out of left field. I walked away feeling like I had to be sharp and consistent across the day, but the pressure never felt chaotic.
