Ardene Account Executive interview experience

Before the interview even started, they emphasized appearance—dressing in a personal style that fit the store’s “trendy” vibe, not something overly plain. The interview itself was very short, and the store manager handled it while going over my qualifications and what the position would involve. I remember feeling like it was more of a quick fit check than a deep dive, and it stayed focused on basic expectations like my readiness to take on the role and my general background.
