After I was shortlisted, I was asked to do an online interview where the questions were general—what I studied and how my experience could apply to the role.

Once I finished that online stage, the process moved forward only for successful candidates.

I then got called for medicals and an appointment, which made it feel like the company had already moved me past the initial screening and into the “next steps” category. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the sequence felt organized and staged, with the online questions acting as the main gate into follow-up.
