Pittsburgh, PAPosted Mar 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process I experienced felt lighter and more conversational than I expected.

It started with a phone interview, then moved into a second round delivered over video, and ultimately an on-site visit where I spent time talking and sharing my experience with other members of the team. Across those conversations, the overall impression was that it wasn’t overly difficult, and interviewers made the experience feel comfortable.

I also went through a separate two-round sequence for this kind of role—one phone and one in person—where the interview process felt well run and the people I spoke with were friendly, even walking through what to do if I got stuck partway through.
