BengaluruPosted Sep 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a 5-round process where each stage felt distinct.

The first aptitude round was very easy for me. The next stage was a written programming test, which was the tough one, with 22 questions. After the programming test, I did two technical face-to-face interviews, and then I wrapped up with a final HR round.

Even though I struggled mainly in the programming-written portion, the later technical rounds still moved into more direct interviews. Ultimately, I didn’t get an offer. The overall feeling was that the process was straightforward structurally, but the programming test set the bar early.
