AppViewX Software Engineer interview experience

I had trouble getting timely updates about whether I was moving to the next stage, and when I finally learned I wasn’t selected, nobody seemed able to explain why. The panel friendliness didn’t fully compensate for the lack of communication and the way scheduling kept getting re-triggered.

The coordination itself felt rough. At one point I was contacted shortly before the call and told to join, without much guidance about what to expect. I also saw a scenario where the number of rounds wasn’t clearly defined, and I kept getting re-scheduled—sometimes with no interviewer actually showing up.
