I started with an HR call that felt pretty friendly.

We went through the usual questions about my background and experience, and then the call shifted into a few basic technical questions focused on statistics.

After that, about a week later, I got an email with an online coding challenge. It was framed as something I had to complete in 90 minutes. I ended up not getting an offer, but the early stage itself felt straightforward and structured—HR first, then a single timed coding step.
