I came in through a referral and first spoke with the hiring manager before the longer loop.

After that, I was scheduled for a 4-hour interview involving seven engineering managers and top-level executives. I had to complete a formal application after the interviews, but the overall turnaround felt quick.

Even though the meeting length was intense, it didn’t drag on unfairly—it was structured enough that I stayed focused. I did end up with an offer, and looking back the big thing was how much senior attention the process got, which made it feel high-stakes from the beginning.
