My process felt unusually comfortable from the start.

The hiring manager was genuinely supportive, and the overall vibe stayed laid-back and relaxed the entire way through. I remember feeling at ease enough to think clearly rather than just scramble to answer.

The experience also helped that the people I spoke with came across as solid coworkers and not just interviewers reading off a checklist. By the end, I had a really positive impression of the culture, and the whole thing left me wanting to be part of the team.
