My interview loop included HR and five directors overall, and it was a pretty intense but well-organized set of conversations.

With two of the directors, there were technical questions; the other directors focused more on personality and how I’d work day to day. HR was also in the mix, which made the process feel more anchored.

The company moved fast, and they kept me updated on my status throughout rather than leaving me in the dark. Everyone I spoke with felt respectful and professional, and the combination of technical and behavioral questions made it clear they weren’t only grading coding.

I ended up getting an offer. What I remember most is how quickly everything progressed while still giving me enough
