San Francisco, CAPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After an initial phone call, an HR representative quickly arranged an interview with the hiring manager.

I spoke with the hiring manager for about an hour, and the conversation covered my background and experience alongside several technical and design-related questions.

Even though I didn’t feel great about how I answered some of the questions, I was still asked to complete a design challenge. I finished and submitted it, but I was rejected afterward. What stuck with me was how fast the process moved from discussion to challenge, and how little room there was to recover once the hiring manager was done probing.
