Apple Software Engineer interview experience

I went through two rounds, both about 45 minutes. One was with the hiring manager, and the other was with a new grad engineer.

Both interviews mixed coding with quick get-to-know-you style questions. The coding round had an easy problem like reversing a linked list, and the rest of the conversation was mainly about understanding my background and how I approach work.

Because it was only two rounds, it felt efficient, and overall it was average difficulty for me. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience didn’t feel chaotic or unfair.
