My experience started off badly before the questions even fully got going.

The TL was distracted on their laptop during the interview, and the whole session felt unorganized in a way that made it hard to take the evaluation seriously.

Afterward, they couldn’t clearly explain why I wasn’t compatible for the job, and they never really clarified what was supposed to happen next or why the process stopped without scheduling the following round.

Even though I was present, prepared, and waiting for a normal progression, I ended up rejected with no helpful rationale. I remember leaving thinking the process lacked basic professionalism more than the technical evaluation
