London, EnglandPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt smooth and friendly, and I went into the interviews already knowing roughly how the rounds would go.

I felt like I did well during the technical discussions and coding, and the overall vibe made it seem like the selection would follow.

But even with that positive experience, I didn’t get selected. The feedback loop didn’t really come with the kind of closure I was expecting, and a lot of it was simply letting down after doing well.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, and the main reflection I had was that the experience on the day didn’t match the decision afterward.
