I applied through a university career fair, and the recruiter seemed impressed enough to move things quickly.

He shared his contact, and after I reached out we set up a video interview. Once I passed that, I had another video interview.

After those screens, I had a brief conversation with the recruiting manager, and then I received the offer. The whole sequence felt efficient, and I walked away feeling that my profile had been evaluated consistently through each step rather than bouncing around unpredictably.
