My process was quick and structured: ReactJS first, then a technomanagerial discussion, and finally HR.

I felt like the people I spoke with were genuinely good communicators, and the HR recruiter in particular helped me through most of what came up around the offer letter.

During the final stage, there were location-related issues on my side, and that ended up changing the result. The interviews themselves didn’t feel chaotic—each round built on the previous one, and I wasn’t left wondering what was being evaluated.

I ended up declining the opportunity warmly. I walked away feeling like the process was respectful and clear, even though the logistics didn’t work out for me.
