I interviewed for the Software Engineer role through a consultancy-style process where the bigger theme was training/processing rather than pure hiring.

Initial HR/recruiting outreach (email/phone) — Background and tech preferences, plus questions about willingness to relocate and adapt experiences.
Recruiter-led overview — I heard they would tweak my resume for future hiring and train me in technologies that may not be my first choice.
Expectation setting around immigration/employment — In this style of engagement, I was told there could be contract-based training and paperwork support as part of the pathway. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the model leaned heavily on training/placement
