My experience centered on a simple early process for training entry, but in one case the process effectively stalled due to scheduling issues.

HR outreach + scheduling — HR contacted me and scheduled an interview date; the early questions were basic OOP.
Tech/video stage (when it ran) — A video interview followed a brief HR call and involved a quick problem solving step.
Case where nothing happened — In another attempt, the second meeting didn’t start because nobody joined. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that coordination and basic readiness mattered, but the scheduling itself wasn’t always reliable.
