San Jose, CAPosted Mar 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an easy two-step flow—an initial HR chat followed by a light technical and conversation-based check.

HR screen — we covered basic programming concepts, my resume/experience, and logistics like expected salary and location.
Technical/manager round — I was asked about general object-oriented language concepts and/or resume details; the questions were simple and interviewers made it feel like a straightforward fit check. Outcome: No offer, but the experience was reassuring, with the steps presented as manageable and approachable.
