I had a generally low-stakes, fast-moving interview flow for the Software Engineer role, usually with a recruiter screen and a lightweight technical round, then training-oriented steps over roughly days to a couple of weeks.

Recruiter screen — Quick chat about my background and fit; sometimes included basic company/benefit discussion.
Technical interview (video/remote) — Beginner-to-basic questions in the stack (often JavaScript/React or basic Java), plus one simple coding task; the experience felt casual even when it was brief.
Training / boot camp gateway — I was told that if I passed, I’d be invited into a training period before any client/project work.
Final / evaluation-style follow-up — In some paths, I completed training and then faced a final evaluation interview.
