After I applied through the company website, my first step was an online assessment tied to general IT knowledge.

A little while later I joined a one-hour technical interview that felt very focused on me—there were questions about my personal background, my experience, and a project I’d worked on, plus what interested me about the role.

That was followed by a shorter HR call, about 20 minutes, where we did the usual follow-ups and I discussed expected salary and my preferences for the position. Overall, it moved quickly from application to the interview steps, and it felt fairly straightforward, even if I needed to be clear and consistent about my story and interests.
