My experience broadly involved multiple formats—screenings, technical assessments, and at times a panel.

It wasn’t just about answering questions; it pushed me to communicate professionally and stay confident across different interview settings.

I noticed that the main skill they seemed to care about was how I presented my work and aligned it with what the role needed. It was one of those processes where the structure forced me to think about clarity and professionalism as part of the technical evaluation.

Overall it went well for me and I did end up with an offer, and the biggest impression I left with was how much communication and confidence mattered alongside my actual knowledge.
