After applying, I got a recruiter phone call that felt like it went well.

We talked through my sales background, what a daily workflow looked like, and compensation, and it ended with the recruiter setting up a second round over Zoom with the sales manager. I was given a specific day and time and expected a link, but I never received the Zoom email. I reached back out to the recruiter for the link and didn’t get any response, and the whole thing just fizzled out.

A separate time, I ran into the same pattern: first a phone interview, then a video call with the team manager, and then silence. After the manager round, I waited for follow-up and didn’t hear anything
