Irvine, CAPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process started with a recruiter call where I handled logistical questions.

After that, I went into a technical phone screen that reviewed parts of my CV and included a short coding question.

Then the journey moved forward into a technical onsite round. It felt like a straightforward progression: recruiter first, then evidence of technical ability through both CV discussion and a quick coding element, and finally deeper technical evaluation onsite.

I ended up with no offer. Even so, the structure was coherent enough that I knew where I stood at each step, rather than feeling like I was guessing what they were looking for.
