Anduril Software Engineer interview experience

That final step was followed by an onsite.

On the onsite, I went through two coding questions, one system design interview, and a behavioral interview. It felt like a balanced day—enough technical depth to show fundamentals, plus structured conversations about how I’d work with others and how I’d approach past situations.

I was offered the role. What stuck with me most was how tightly the loop matched the job itself: build, explain, and communicate, all in one compressed onsite experience.
