Anduril Software Engineer interview experience

I didn’t see many technical questions at all, which made the loop feel more like conversation than assessment.

One thing that bothered me was that nobody seemed to know the process clearly, and follow-ups were poor. The experience dragged in a way that didn’t match how I expected a software engineer loop to run—more uncertainty than evaluation.

I ended up being glad they never followed up, because I felt I was well overqualified for the role. Even without technical testing, the lack of clarity and the disorganized communication left a strong impression about what the process would be like
