Boston, MAPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process involved multiple touchpoints—several phone calls plus an in-person meeting.

One of the calls was a technical skills review, and the other conversations were more domain-related, which helped me understand that they weren’t just evaluating algorithms.

The in-house recruiter was very nice and also flexible about the meeting times, which made the scheduling part easier than it usually is.

Despite the effort they put into the conversations and the different angles they took, I didn’t get an offer. Still, the overall experience felt more structured and considerate than many other interviews I’d gone through.
