My loop started to feel long and demanding early.

There were two technical phone interviews and an HR screening, and then there was a final onsite for four hours.

The difficulty was high even as a new grad, and they clearly expected me to exceed the bar for the role. By the time I reached the onsite, it didn’t feel like a normal “entry-level” process—it felt like they were testing for top-tier readiness.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall feel was that the process was designed to be stringent and thorough rather than casual.
