Costa Mesa, CAPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a few phone interviews, I made it to the final round panel interview and presentation onsite.

The onsite started with a 25-minute presentation, followed by five follow-up one-on-one conversations.

What surprised me was how straightforward the whole final day felt. It didn’t come across as extremely hard, and the structure was clear enough that it didn’t feel like I was being ambushed with random topics.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall impression of the onsite was that it was pretty simple compared to the intensity of the earlier stages.
