Costa Mesa, CAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter call, I had a fairly straightforward entry screen where we walked through my background and talked through some technical topics.

There was also a small coding component that felt like a LeetCode-style easy problem.

Next came a virtual panel interview. The format mixed a system design conversation with more coding, plus behavioral questions and a short knowledge check. Overall it felt like a typical “prove you can do the job” loop: not overly exotic, but still requiring you to think on your feet across multiple areas.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and the vibe after the process was just that I’d been assessed across a lot of buckets without enough of the right signal coming through.
