Costa Mesa, CAPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a recruiter interview that stayed pretty basic, mostly getting to know my background and motivations.

After that, I had a Zoom interview with a manager. The process felt normal up to that point, but the timing after the manager conversation was rough.

I waited for more than a month and didn’t hear anything back. The lack of communication made it hard to judge where things stood, and by the time I realized I wasn’t moving forward, it didn’t feel like the process had given me much clarity.

Ultimately there was no offer. I was left thinking that the interviews themselves weren’t what created the problem—it was the long, unanswered gap afterward.
