Costa Mesa, CAPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got called by HR and set up a Zoom interview focused on getting to know my background with basic questions.

About a week later, I met with the hiring manager for deeper technical questions and discussion of my prior experience.

After that, I received a rejection email from HR. The part that bothered me was the lack of feedback—there wasn’t any explanation, and I didn’t get any additional context about what didn’t work.

The process didn’t drag and the steps were clear, but ending with no feedback made it feel a lot more abrupt than it needed to be.
