Anduril Software Engineer interview experience

I went through what felt like a standard sequence: recruitment first, then meetings with the hiring manager, and then a panel.

What stood out most was the frequency of personal conversations. It didn’t feel like an endless string of generic questions; it felt like multiple chances for different people to assess how I worked and how I’d fit. The overall tone was positive, and I remember getting the impression that the company itself was fun and energetic.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process still left me with a good sense of how things were run and how approachable the people felt.
