The process started with a recruiter call where we went over my project experience and work history, and there was also time for salary and benefits discussion.

After that, the next step was a manager interview intended to get into more technical detail.

I didn’t have much technical granularity captured beyond that framing, but the overall feel was that the early stage was more about alignment and logistics, and then the technical portion was supposed to come after.

I didn’t end up with an offer. What stayed with me was the clear progression from recruiter talk to manager technical discussion, even though the process didn’t continue to a final decision for me.
