Anduril Network Engineer interview experience

The first interview was with a lead who reviewed my work history. The second was more technical and it included two people. The last interview was a personality-focused discussion.

After the third round, I never heard back from the recruiter. I sent emails and tried calls, but there was zero response. The interviews themselves weren’t described as disastrous, but the lack of closure and the silence after putting in the time made the experience feel pretty rough. Without any communication, I never got an offer, and I walked away feeling stalled rather than evaluated.
