Anduril Software Engineer interview experience

The setup was meant to reflect how work gets done, but it was hard to tell exactly how they were grading me.

Because the exercise design felt a bit subjective, I wasn’t sure what would be considered the “right” approach versus what they were looking for in terms of depth or correctness. I finished what I could, but the uncertainty around evaluation made the whole thing feel less like a clear test and more like trying to guess what was in the interviewer’s head.
