Costa Mesa, CAPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had interviews where the content varied, but the consistent theme was unprepared or rushed interviewers—especially around time and technical follow-through.

Recruiter screen — a friendly initial chat, but with limited clarity on what was coming next in the process.
Hiring manager / technical portion — one manager was late and had technical issues, hadn’t reviewed the resume, and then cut off work-experience discussion to rush a technical segment.
Technical screen — another round felt like the interviewer wanted a specific answer to broad questions, which made it harder to respond naturally.
Manager follow-up timing — in a separate case, I waited over a month after the manager interview without a response. Outcome: No
