The recruiter gave me a clear outline of what the early stages would focus on: my professional background, behavioral questions about how I work, and a set of specific questions coming from the hiring manager.

That structure helped the conversation feel organized, and it didn’t come out of nowhere.

Beyond that, the only detail I have is that the process stayed anchored to those themes—background, work style, and hiring-manager prompts—rather than drifting into a long series of technical curveballs.

I didn’t reach an offer. My reflection was that the recruiter communication and framing were solid, but the rest of the process didn’t ultimately result in a match.
