Costa Mesa, CAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After the initial stages, I ended up going through an OA, then a recruiter screen and a phone screen before a power day.

The power day itself included two technical interviews and one behavioral, and the whole thing moved fast.

What I appreciated most was how quickly they got back to me, and the overall timeline felt compressed—within about three weeks from start to close. I left the process with the impression that the bar was set across multiple technical conversations rather than a single pass/fail coding moment.

I received an offer, and my honest reflection was that while the schedule was intense, it was also efficient and fairly consistent from one round to the next.
