Anduril Software Engineer interview experience

It seemed like they had already decided before the process even started, and that made me feel like I might’ve been overqualified—I'd previously worked with them as a supplier, so I already knew a lot of what they were likely to look for.

Even with that familiarity, the overall impression I got was that the decision was more personal than purely based on fit or performance. The way it felt to me was simple: if they didn’t like you, they wouldn’t move forward.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the process left me with the sense that I was never really being evaluated on equal footing.
