Costa Mesa, CAPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a pretty standard sequence: first, a recruiter contacted me from a third-party, and then I did a phone screen.

The phone screen focused on my experience as well as culture-fit questions.

After that, there was a Zoom interview with a technical expert. That last conversation included both technical and cultural fit questions, so it wasn’t purely about coding or engineering topics—it was also checking how I thought and how I’d work with the team.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the format was clear and felt organized, which made it easier to focus on the conversations even though it didn’t lead to the job.
