Costa Mesa, CAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter screen, I moved into a technical round that looked like a LeetCode-style easy-to-medium coding challenge with open-ended follow-ups.

I then progressed to a longer day that brought in two more technical interviews and a behavioral portion. Those coding rounds were positioned as medium and hard difficulty, and the follow-ups were described as more demanding than the earlier round.

The sequence felt structured and fairly intense, especially with the “day” format where the questions escalated and kept going instead of letting things reset. I got through the steps and felt like I was participating in a real evaluation of how I handled complexity and conversation around my solutions, but I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
