Bellevue, WAPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was referred and then scheduled for a short phone interview with a recruiter.

After passing that 30-minute screen, I got pulled into a one-hour technical round.

That technical session ended up being a hard LeetCode problem, and the difficulty was the defining feature of the day. I had to dig in and work through a more challenging problem than I’d expected from the initial screening.

I didn’t get the offer. The overall feel was that the early stages were just a gateway, and the real bar showed up immediately in the technical round with a tougher-than-normal coding task.
