I got pulled into the process through an initial recruiter-style step where the next moves were pretty clear, and then I was directed to an online coding challenge.

After that, I had a technical interview with a senior developer who went back through my previous projects and asked questions tied to the work I’d already done. The format felt practical, and it even included the option of pairing while we worked through parts together.

By the time I reached the end, I wasn’t just sitting for interviews—I was also brought into the Andela talent pool stage. The overall vibe was focused on matching my experience to what they were looking for, and it ended with me receiving an offer.
