Andela Software Engineer interview experience

After that chat, I was sent into a HackerRank coding test that lasted about two hours and included six questions. It was an intense block of problem solving that felt like a real filter.

When the coding test ended, I had a short break before the next conversations: a recruiter chat followed by two technical interviews, all as part of a remote process. The whole sequence felt long and rigorous, and I remember the final stretch feeling like they were holding a pretty high bar for readiness before any offer conversation.
