My process was intense and long, and it started with online challenges I had to pass before anything else.

After that, I went through interview conversations and then spent time in a two-week bootcamp. What made it feel real was that I wasn’t just answering prompts—I had to contribute in a team setting and complete a mini project.

There were also structured checkpoints around the fellowship-style pathway: I did personality and skills testing as part of the early stages, then a take-home assignment and an interview to get more familiar with me. By the time the bootcamp started, it felt like the bar was consistently high, and the two-week period itself was described as grueling.
