Andela Software Engineer interview experience

At the beginning there was a culture-fit personality test, then I ran into a take-home challenge, followed by an interview that was meant to be more of a familiarization step.

The next phase was the most demanding part: a gruelling two-week bootcamp. The whole process felt well laid out, and even though it was heavy, it was clear what each stage was trying to measure. I didn’t get an offer, but I did appreciate the structure—nothing felt vague for long, and the timeline moved through recognizable checkpoints.
