Andela Software Engineer interview experience

I remember being asked about the technology factors from my previous role and also about my last paycheck and the position I’d held before. The conversation also turned to logistics around how long I might work with them and whether it would be contract-based.

What stood out most was how much they were trying to map my background and expectations to the role. The process felt more like a thorough screening than a deep technical evaluation, and while it didn’t end in an offer, the depth of the questions made it feel intentional rather than generic.
