In my interviews, the process was friendly and straightforward—behavioral plus repeated deep dives into my data/research work—and I ultimately received an offer.

First round — an initial set of interviews (often analyst/associate-led) focused on my research experience and ability to discuss data projects clearly.
Super day / final round — a full day with multiple interviewers (about 6–8 people) asking overlapping questions about past projects, technique details, and fit with the office culture.
Decision timeline — I heard back quickly after the final round in both experiences. Outcome: I got an offer; the takeaway was that bringing strong, consistent explanations of my projects and personality/office fit worked.
